Sizing Guidelines
Sizing Your Dog
Please note that each manufacturer has different sizes/sizing guidelines established. For example, although you may typically order a size Small for your dog, there is a possibility that, depending upon the sizing guidelines of a particular vendor, you may require an XS (extra small) or even a Medium . It is recommended you fit the chest first and length second, as many of the fabrics have no stretch. If the girth is too small, the jacket will NOT fit.

Measure the chest at its widest point, which is usually an inch or so behind the front legs. This measurement is most important for jackets and items with no fabric stretch. The length of the jacket can be shorter (approximately 6 inches) or slightly longer (no more than 1 inch) however the chest measurement must be an exact fit.
The following are examples of breeds that fall/fit within many of our manufacturer's sizing parameters. Please use this only as a guide.
